Kate's day 3 at basketball camp! LOTS of arm stretches, her arms are so sore from shooting!

Wild Wednesday at camp!

Kate is at basketball camp all week 8-3:30 and then has 2 hours of soccer. I'm tired just from coaching basketball all day!

Yes, I know we were all outside in the 102 degree heat doing conditioning training! That's Kate in the lime green doing sprints and ladder jumps and pole slides x10. Welcome to St. Louis select soccer.

Kristen's first day at Nationals and she got nominated for the ALL American team on the first day!!!! Class of 2015 rocks!

And by the way! Wil took first place! He beat the second place boy by 4 seconds and the third place by 7 seconds! We were afraid he was going to pass out or throw up (which several kids did as it was SO hot) when he reached the running part of the tri, but he did awesome! I'll post his other stats soon!

25th class reunion last night! SO fun! Although we were reluctant to go, it seemed the right thing to do and it was like walking down memory lane with people we haven't seen in 25 years. We laughed and laughed and told stories about each other and teachers and classes and parties. More fun than we ever expected!

Awesome day at the creek! Remembered the flash lights and the kids and Chris went to the end of the cave, so awesome, but so muddy! Frogs, rock skipping, raft toll booths (yes you have to sing your abc's to pass), mud slides, rock climbing, cave exploring, floating...90 degrees and perfect!!

Kate had a basketball game tonight! Winner against a rough team. Even more exciting was the THREE pointer she made from the top of the key! Awesome!!

Wil had another HOT baseball game where he was the catcher the entire game! Poor baby's brain is fried! Kate had a basketball game in an unbelievably hot, sweaty small gym that made the outside seem COOL! We are all melting! Even Aidan braved the heat with ring pops and icees, but we all took showers and fell into bed! Spent the day with the Ryan's hiding from the heat the kids swam in the pool and put the sprinkler ON the trampoline! So hot! Kristen had her first day of conditioning for cheerleading and did five laps outside in the heat! I can't believe we aren't all going crazy! Fun day for all despite the heat!
