AFTER....I have been much opposed to a ceiling fan in the kitchen (not sure why, maybe I just liked the look better), but I after many a party and how warm it gets in my kitchen from cooking and having kids running in and out the back door, I finally relented. Something tells me I'm gonna LOVE it! Thanks c!

Happy early 4th! Saw our firstfirworks show tonight! 

Awesome dinner at the Chase last night! We even brought a piece of cake home for the kids which they devoured at breakfast.

Happy Anniversary to us! Twenty-four years, as I told a friend not all of them were perfect but so many wonderful memories !! Of course, Kristen, Kate an Wil are our greatest accomplishment! Some other highlights that have us smiling that some of you may remember too: the rain stopping on our wedding day, the red truck and uhaul to New Mexico, our air force friend <3, our many apartments, our family visits to NM and all over the southwest, our friends marriages and some divorces, Persian Gulf war, pilot's license, lots of babies, graduation, St. Louis, flood of '93, our sting of cars since, real estate license, teaching, new best friends, loving neighbors, the five year blur of pregnancies and nursing, jobs coming and going, family vacations, China, new jobs, new house, new  best friends, new amazing neighbors, the blur of sports and piano lessons, Cozumel, more job changes, creeks and cousins....wow that was just me coming up with a memory per year and there were so many memories in each year. Chris and I will be having a long dinner tonight laughing and celebrating the past 24 years! Thanks to everyone who has come along for the ride!

Yes it has been a busy busy week. We FINALLY have a little break from soccer! Here is Kate at tryouts on Monday , they ended up dropping 3 players and picking up one.

Seriously can not sleep tonight, but my lillies this morning were breath taking!! <3

I suppose I must post about Kristen's trip the the ER! We were jet skiing, yes I was driving, her hands were tucked into my life vest and we hit a wake that rolled us and we went flying. I was really afraid her wrist was broke but it turned out to be a sprain. She took her brace off today and went to Six flags so it seems that all is mended. Not the best afternoon for mom, but accidents happen :(. The jet ski was super fun and we still will do it again as we have done it many times before. Sorry sissy! Luv u!

He also did a practice triathlon today, almost passed out but did great!! Soccer, soccer and cheerleading on the days agenda! Stay Cool friends!!
